Hallo Erland,
I observed recently a strange effect with my Logitech Media Server Version: 7.8.0 - 1369983318 @ Fri Jun 7 07:10:43 CUT 2013 and the costum scan plugin. After some changes I advised LMS to clear library and rescan everything. Then starts Costum Scan and after this I found via Costum Browse all entries in the Tag view twice. If I do it again, I have all entries treefold. With the Plugin-Interface "Manage Scanning" I cleared all and scanned all. After this, all was ok. It seems, that it somthing wrongs between LMS and the Costum Scan Plugin. If I advise the LMS to look for new and changed mediafiles, then work Costum Scan as expected.
